Destin Beach Engagement Portraits | The very hip Atlanta eatery Strip, was the location for their first date. That was followed by countless others, apparently they could not get enough of each other. Finally on July 4, 2010 at exactly 9:59PM Samuel Richardson got down on his surgically repaired knee and asked for Sharye Glynn’s hand in marriage. Shortly after the applause of the surprised throngs at Universal Studios the Fireworks program began. Although it was short lived because of summer rains, their spirits remained high as they danced into the night celebrating their engagement. We are very happy to be their wedding photographer and eagerly await their late spring wedding.

Last fall they joined us in Destin on Florida’s Gulf Coast for a couple days of fun on the beach disguised as their engagement portrait session. Our apprehension about the unusually cool temps faded as we started shooting. They loved the camera and we say thank you for allowing us to capture the love you share for each other.  When asked if the session was what they imagined? Sharye chimed “It was cold but we really enjoyed ourselves and it was funnier than we imagined.” Below are some of the favorites from our efforts.
