The two college sweethearts celebrated their love with a memorable wedding at the Atlanta North Seventh Day Adventist Church and a lively reception at the Doubletree Hotel Roswell. Their journey from campus romance to wedding bliss was a storybook tale, creating an unforgettable day for all who attended.<\/p>\n

The bride-to-be was a vision in her Winnie Couture-fitted, strapless, mermaid-style wedding gown. The dress, starting at a bejeweled sweetheart neckline and flaring into ruffles at the knees, perfectly accentuated her beauty and brought Tyler to tears. Her bouquet was a stunning mix of Ocean Song Roses, Purple Lisianthus, Deep Purple Moonvista Fancy Carnations, Cream Spray Roses, Italian Ruscus, and White Hydrangeas. Plum-purple pumps with black embroidered lace completed her elegant look.<\/p>\n

He was emotional as he watched her walk down the aisle of Atlanta North Seventh Day Adventist Church, supported by her parents. He later shared, “I thought she was so beautiful walking down the aisle. I couldn’t take my eyes off her.” Chizara, equally moved, recalled, “I started tearing up mid-way because I couldn’t believe the wedding was happening.”<\/p>\n

Atlanta Falcons, Dallas Cowboys, and a Viola?<\/h3>\n

The wedding was a mix of touching moments and light-hearted fun. The groomsmen playfully pranked the man of the day, a Dallas Cowboys fan, by decorating his car with soap, shaving foam, toilet paper, and an Atlanta Falcons logo on the rear window. This was a humorous payback for the baseball caps he had gifted them. The photographer captured the culprit as he executed his plan in the parking lot at the DoubleTree Hotel Roswell.<\/p>\n

A more poignant moment came when Chizara’s sister played “Give Thanks” on the viola. This song, a favorite of the couple, had often been played by the bride on the violin at other weddings. Now, it was her turn to be serenaded, creating a beautiful memory that expressed their deep emotions.<\/p>\n

The wedding colors\u2014plum, silver, and black\u2014were elegantly woven into the bridesmaids’ dresses, groomsmen’s attire, the bride’s bouquet, and the overall decor, adding a timeless elegance to the celebration. After the ceremony, the couple took romantic photos on the Atlanta North SDA Church’s picturesque staircase, capturing their joy as newlyweds. The DoubleTree Hotel Roswell provided a stunning venue for the reception. The ballroom was illuminated with purple uplights, and white chairs with silver Chivari accents surrounded tables adorned with pintuck silver table linens and plum napkins. Purple boxes held wedding favors, while candles in glass vases and bouquets of Ocean Song Roses, Purple Lisianthus, Deep Purple Moonvista Fancy Carnations, Cream Spray Roses, Italian Ruscus, and White Hydrangeas created beautiful centerpieces.<\/p>\n

During the cocktail hour, guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres like spanakopita and chicken tenders and had fun at the photo booth. The DJ then announced the newlyweds to loud applause as they entered the ballroom. Tyler tenderly took Chizara into his arms, and they shared their first dance to Babyface’s “Everytime I Close My Eyes,” forgetting everything and everyone else around them.<\/p>\n

The reception dinner included chicken and a vegetarian pasta dish with vegetables. After dinner, guests danced to a mix of oldies and R&B music provided by the DJ, celebrating the love and happiness of the newly married couple.<\/p>\n
