Fusion of American and Nigerian Cultures at their 200 Peachtree Atlanta Wedding<\/span><\/h2>\n

Their 200 Peachtree Atlanta Wedding was a celebration of their love, tradition and fusion of Nigerian and American cultures, and an excuse for a big party.\u00a0 <\/span>We first met Tosin and Fisola at their engagement session on the National Mall in Washington DC. This was just after Tosin sprung a surprise proposal at Fisola’s home on Christmas Day 2009. It was just the beginning of a flurry of planning that involved trans-Atlantic plane rides and nail-biting anticipation about whether \u00a0200 Peachtree<\/a>\u00a0Atlanta wedding venue they chose for the celebration\u00a0would be completed in time. Everything fell into place and the lovely couple, surrounded by their close-knit family were married. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Morningside Baptist Church Ceremony<\/span><\/h2>\n

The bride was so beautiful in her Allure dress that the ever-stoic Tosin was moved to tears when he saw her smile as she walked down the aisle on her father’s arm. The reception reflected the couple’s heritage with a mix of Nigerian and American food on the tables, and a mix of Nigerian and American music on the dance floor.
