Sparks in the Grocery Aisle: An Atlanta Beltline Engagement Session

Treneva and Tosin share a love for the arts, movies, and bowling, embodying a truly low-key and relaxed lifestyle. It’s incredible how a chance encounter at a Publix grocery store between a charming pharmacist and an enterprising entrepreneur blossomed into a beautiful love story. When brainstorming for their engagement photography session, they expressed a desire to incorporate their passion for art. This led to the decision to have their engagement session along the Atlanta Beltline, utilizing the numerous murals that adorn the eastside trail. And end the portrait session at Centennial Olympic Park.

Treneva, a statuesque beauty, wore dark blue jeans paired with a vibrant yellow long-sleeve blouse. Tosin, her prince charming, complemented her look with a classic plaid Oxford button-down and ash-colored jeans. From the first frame, it was clear that this couple was picture-perfect. Lost in each other’s company, they required minimal direction from us.

Atlanta Beltline Engagement Photography

The Atlanta Beltline offers an abundance of street art, making it easy to find a color scheme that perfectly matches the couple’s outfits and personalities. Our first stop was the underpass at Boulevard, beneath Dekalb Avenue. The striking murals provided a vibrant backdrop for the engagement photos. We then moved to the trail at Ponce City Market, which runs over Ponce de Leon Avenue, before incorporating the dynamic colors of the underpass on North Avenue. The vivid hues of the murals created a stunning contrast with Treneva and Tosin’s attire, enhancing the visual appeal of their photos.

Centennial Olympic Park Session

After a quick outfit change, we headed to Centennial Olympic Park for the second part of the engagement photography session. Their dressy evening wear added a touch of elegance against the backdrop of the Skyview Ferris wheel, the city skyline, and the deep blue twilight sky. The couple remained inseparable throughout the session, their love and chemistry shining through every frame. We had a fantastic time capturing their joy and are excited to document their wedding story this fall.
